Michael, founder of Prospect Communications Inc., has been in the communications field since 1976. He has worked as a confidential advisor to a wide range of corporate and sports-related clients since the mid 1980's.

Michael advises a number of NHL coaches and players, and acts as a consultant to a number of sports organizations, including the Ontario Hockey Association and the Ontario Hockey Federation. He has been hired by many teams, including the Toronto Maple Leafs, to talk to their young players about communication, media awareness and the responsibilities involved with becoming a professional athlete.
